We are firmly committed to adhering to industry standards when it comes to maintenance, diagnosis and repair of your heating and air conditioning system. We service all brands of heat pumps, central air conditioning units and furnaces in Brunswick and New Hanover counties. The process begins with scheduling a service. You’ll talk to Tim, the owner, or another live representative who will listen to you and answer your questions. If you have special instructions, we’ll make sure they are noted. We give a 3 hour window so you can plan your day. You’ll get a text when we’re on the way. When we arrive, you’ll be greeted with a smile and a polished professional technician. We follow the same process for every diagnosis, maintenance and evaluation. This 50 point checklist is a full system assessment that allows us not only to find what stopped working today, but also why it stopped working and what else may fail next. The checklist includes:

• Visual inspection of filters, equipment, ducts, piping and controls. • Safety inspection of related electrical, gas pipe and venting. • Evaluate condensation piping and safety devices. • Performance and airflow check using measureQuick software • Operating SEER cooling efficiency check • Combustion analysis on gas systems. • Indoor Air Quality screening. • Maintenance visits also include outdoor coil cleaning, replacement of filter provided by you, flush and sanitize drain system, clean and sanitize air handler, clean burner assembly (gas systems) and complimentary waxing of outdoor equipment.

Beware of companies who bait you with a low dispatch fee! Usually, this does not cover anything more than a visual inspection and the technician is pressured to turn every call into a high ticket sale. Our full system approach allows us to be thorough and our pricing structure allows us to not be forced to turn every visit into a sales call.
